E-mailed Colin about possibly doing some upgrading to my Desktop as I was having trouble running some games. He replied promptly, and set-up a time for me to drop my computer off for evaluation. Within four hours of me dropping my PC off, he called back with a solution and price. Not only that, but I was able to pick my PC back up just a short while later, THE SAME DAY. Fantastic services, pricing was great, and I will definitely be going back to Fatal Exceptions for any future computer needs I require. 10/10 on all fronts!!

I had some issues with my computer, I took it to a repair place in St. Albert, they quoted me an outrageous price to “fix” it. When I brought it to Colin at Fatal Exceptions for a 2nd opinion, it turned out there was only a minor problem (which the competition didn’t even find!) he had me up in running in less than a day, and at a very reasonable rate! Our family computer was hit by a nasty virus (kids vs the computer). Not only was Colin fast he was honest and fair. Now our computer is working better than the day we opened it!  Thank you Colin!

My computer caught a very bad virus and crashed to the point that I could not even turn it on. Called numerous computer service technicians but the labour charges and data back up fee were very high. However, Colin fixed my computer and it’s working like new again (plus he was able to save all my files, pictures, music, etc), and is considerably cheaper than any other place I called. Thank you Colin! I will definitely use your services in the future.
