What great service!! Colin was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. After a different computer repair company tried and failed to fix our computer issue (making things worse!), we called Colin and he was very quick to help. Colin is personable, professional and ethical – I would absolutely recommend him for computer repairs in St. Albert and surrounding areas. I was concerned about a virus on my Macbook Pro. When I called, he answered my call promptly, accommodated a same day drop off, and kept me apprised of the diagnostics throughout the day. Unfortunately, the results of the diagnostics were not promising. As such, he did not want me to spend money with him, unless he was 100% positive his approach could permanently repair the problem. Instead he referred me to Apple and did not charge me for his diagnostics. I am saddened that I couldn’t give him my business with this problem, but absolutely appreciate his honesty and integrity. I had some issues with my computer, I took it to a repair place in St. Albert, they quoted me an outrageous price to “fix” it. When I brought it to Colin at Fatal Exceptions for a 2nd opinion, it turned out there was only a minor problem (which the competition didn’t even find!) he had me up in running in less than a day, and at a very reasonable rate!
