Big retailers sell boxes. What they do not do is move twenty years of photos, get the printer talking, set up the email, remove the trial junk, and show you where everything went. That is the part we do, and we have done it hundreds of times.
Call before you buy and we will tell you what to look for and what to avoid for the way you use a computer. Then drop both machines off. When you pick the new one up, everything is on it and set up the way you like: plug it in and get right to work. If something needs a second look later, book a follow-up and we sort it.
